By opening a store on ecomadmin.prochar.xyz you agree to the following terms.

1. Your store

Your store is reviewed before it can sell. Provide accurate business details and KYC documents (NID, trade licence, TIN, bank statement) and keep them up to date. The platform may reject or suspend a store that gives false information or breaks these terms; the reason is shown in your seller centre.

2. Listings

List only genuine products you are allowed to sell, with true photos, prices and descriptions. Counterfeit, prohibited or misleading listings are rejected or removed. New listings and changes to live listings go through quality control before they appear in the store.

3. Orders and delivery

Ship each order in its own package within the stated time, with the tracking number the courier gives you. Cancel an item only when it is genuinely unavailable. Customers may return delivered items within the return window; approved returns are refunded and your payout for them is reversed.

4. Payments, commission and payouts

The platform collects payment from customers. Your earnings for an order are held in escrow until the return window after delivery has passed, then become available to withdraw. The platform's commission (by category or as agreed with you) and any per-package fee are deducted. Payouts go to the bank or mobile-wallet account in your store profile; only the store owner can request them or change that account.

5. Coupons and campaigns

Store coupons you create are funded by you and apply only to your items. Deals you nominate for campaigns must be real discounts and honoured for the whole slot.

6. Conduct

Do not contact customers outside the platform to take orders or payments, and protect customer data you receive for delivery. The platform may change these terms; continued selling after a new version is published means you accept it.
